 Yarbro Boxers has made every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy. Your puppy is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of birth against life threatening congenital defects. If within that time a life threatening congenital defect (not to include parvo virus, distemper virus, heartworms or any nutrition related diseases) is found by a licensed veterinarian, the breeder will replace the puppy with another puppy of the same value.

Buyer’s Responsibilities:

Ÿ        The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pick up. The buyer must be informed immediately of the examination’s result in writing. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of this guarantee.

Ÿ        Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:

     A. Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.

     B. Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and dewormings.

All deposits are nonrefundable.

Health Guarantee:

Ÿ         This puppy is guaranteed until age 1 years against fatal  congenital diseases . This includes kidney, heart, pancreas, spine, and liver problems of a  life threatening  nature. If the dog dies within the 12 month time frame, the buyer will pay to have the puppy autopsied to ascertain reason. If the reason is congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. 

Ÿ         This guarantee does not cover what, in the Boxer breed, is considered normal. ie: cherry eye, entropion, "loose" hips, skin allergies, elongated palate, and stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils).

Ÿ         All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. Yarbro Boxers does not give refunds.

Ÿ         Seller will not be responsible for any veterinary or medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all costs.

Ÿ         As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and dewormings. The buyer has been informed of these and of future vaccinations and dewormings due.

Ÿ         This guarantee does not include Coccidia or Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self limited and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not life threatening.parvo is not covered once the pup leave our property due to the fact we cannot control where you take the pup

A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:

      A. Animal must show the defect by 1 years of age. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the veterinarian’s determination and have two reports from two unassociated veterinarians stating the same problem and seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value as soon as one would come available.

     B. A puppy with a defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the seller to qualify for a replacement puppy.

     C. No refund, in part or in full, will be given.

Ÿ        A returned puppy must be returned to the seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the buyer’s expense. The owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy.

Ÿ        Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a replacement puppy.

Ÿ        This guarantee applies to the original buyer only and is non-transferable to a second party.

Ÿ        No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred during its’ first year of life or the puppy has been euthanized before any examination was preformed.

Ÿ        Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same parents as the original puppy.

Ÿ        There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example, allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodex mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.

Ÿ        Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.

Ÿ        There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials.

Ÿ        This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.

Ÿ        This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.

The Buyer acknowledges that he/she understands and accepts the terms of this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Alabama, in Marshall County and that the place of venue is Gunterville , Alabama .
